A catch wrestling attack from back control

Here's a nice little attack that I've used a lot when someone has back control on me. It's an escape and also an attack. Be very careful though, this one's easy to hurt your partner really badly with. Take care, use caution and don't break each other. I'm not responsible if  you do.

Here's a nice BJJ style escape (very Saoulo Ribeiro) from the back mount when you're opponent has the hooks in.
